Your software bet has to work.
Whether it's a blank canvas or a half-built product that isn't landing, the risk is the same. You can't tell if you're building the right thing.
Predart is senior-led by Cristian Preda. I turn complex software into a product people actually use. Fast enough to validate. Detailed enough to feel real.
How I work
- I find the real problem. Before any pixels, I find the structural problem others treat as a UI bug. The data model, the mental model, the thing actually worth building. Getting this wrong is what wastes your money.
- I ship a working prototype, fast. Running code in days, not mockups in weeks. Something real enough to test, demo, and decide on, while being wrong is still cheap.
- I think in whole systems, not screens. Complex products break at the seams between flows, data, and teams. That's where I work.
- Senior-led, accountable end to end. You work directly with the person leading the work. No juniors, no handoffs, no account manager.
Selected work
- Adobe GenStudio
Reframed an enterprise activation flow from creative-first to campaign-first.

- Procesio
Shaped a low-code automation platform from a blank canvas.

- Enigma
Zero to a closed-beta crypto trading platform in three months.

- Shyftplan
Full platform redesign and design system for a post-Series-A workforce product.

How it works
- We talk. 30 minutes, free. You walk me through the bet, I ask the questions that usually get skipped, and you leave with a clearer view of where to start.
- We agree the direction. The real problem, what to tackle first, and the right way to work together. Always a fixed price you know up front.
- We start. A working-prototype sprint, something real in weeks, or an embedded design partnership.
Most start with a sprint and continue as a partnership. The sprint is the door, the partnership is the house. One-off projects get quoted separately.
What it costs
- A clickable prototype, end to end
- A core-flow UX rethink and UI direction
- One senior partner, start to finish
- One weekly sync per week
- One active priority at a time, sequenced to ship
- Async access, reply fast
- Two weekly syncs per week
- Room to run more than one priority at a time
- Priority async communication
No rate card, no billable-hour games. You pay for judgment about what to build, not for hours.
Every retainer is rolling monthly after the first three months. Pause or cancel with two weeks notice.
Who it's for
Owners of complex web software who want it real and right, fast. From scratch or from a messy start.
Make-it-pretty with no access to the problem. Staff augmentation. Anyone who wants three quotes and a committee.
Taking conversations for Q3 2026.
